"So much to say, But no words to convey The loneliness building with each passing day, But I never get used to it, you just have to live with it."

Broken Heart - Motion City Soundtrack

Most recent song added to my iTunes library. ^_^

Ok, time to update on my life. Well, I had a pretty good Christmas. Among the things I got are: This Threadless shirt (It's also a guys shirt, to let you know), Infinity on High (F.O.B. CD), Lost Songs (Anberlin CD), Blueprints for the Black Market (Anberlin CD), and The Unraveling (Rise Against CD). I also got $50 combined in iTunes gift cards from my brothers. The things I used it to buy are:
Sing the Sorrow - AFI (Song)
Heart Shaped Box - Nirvana (Song)
Rock You Like a Hurricane - Scorpions (Song)
I Fought the Law - Green Day (Song)
American Idiot - Green Day (Music Video)
Boston - Augustana (Music Video)
Direction - The Starting Line (Album)
Thnks Fr Th Mmrs - Fall Out Boy (Music Video)
You Can't Handle The Tooth - Various Artists (Album) [Note: 20 songs by Tooth and Nail Record bands for $6.99 on iTunes =OOO Link
]
Wizards in Winter - Trans-Siberian Orchestra (Song)
Two Lefts Don't Make a Right...But Three Do (Gold Edition) -Relient K (Album)
Smile For Them - Armor For Sleep (Album)
Several TV Episodes

Phew, that was a lot to type. :P And I'm also updating my Top 5 Songs a day earlier because of the fact that I haven't updated in about 3 weeks. Anyway, not much else has been happening here. One of my back top teeth started hurting today after lunch for some reason, and it hasn't stopped. :( And I'm not sure what else to type... I thought I was going to type something in here about New Years...but I forgot it within 10 seconds of thinking about it, or maybe I just thought that I thought it, or maybe it was a thought about something that I only thought was about New Years...

We have a miniature Horseshoe Falls up at our park. =D

My Aunt that lives in England always gives us interesting gifts. This year she gave me a R/C Tarantula. :P She also got me 4 Yorkie Bars, a little wind up snail that goes in and out of his shell, (Wow, that sounds a little...babyish... :Pand something else that I can't remember...dang it I have a really bad memory. >,<> A Fake Academy Award (I requested it lol)
Wii Carnival (Not as fun as I thought it'd be...my recommendation is to not get it, and spend your money on something like RAYMAN RAVING RABBIDS TWO =D)
A large book about stuff to make from my grandparents
20 Q (Mind reading game, hehe)
A stuffed bear that I loved when I was between 3 and 8 from my grandparents... ^_^
A long sleeve shirt from my Uncle and Aunt.
A Space Calendar
Clay that never dries out
$35.

And with that 35 bucks I bought a Rise Against CD and poster, and a Bowling For Soup CD. None have arrived yet though... *sob* Oh, and I found something a little bit creepy... Stairway to Heaven backwards

Also, I'm discontinuing Music Monday for now.
And here's a rare news segment from Seekayworld (ooh, sounds like Seaworld! =D)

I FCed Helicopter by Bloc Party in GH3, and am currently ranked 22nd on Score Hero. However, in a stunning turn of events, Never Take Friendship Personal by Anberlin has been removed from iTunes, as was Complete Your Album. But Complete Your Album made it's return 5 days after vanishing mysteriously. And in the meantime Pope Augustus, the amazing Seekomputer comes dangerously close to exceeding his capacity. With only 2.59 GB available, how long can he hold out? And last night, Seekay himself was found creating words like "Lawlsomeness", and "Awespiffy", combining words and making new words. However, he met a brick wall while trying to combine "Stud" and "Muffin" by creating "Stuffin". This word already exists. So Seekay failed. He was also seen obsessing over a phrase "THIS IS SPARTAAAA!" that he had never actually heard until last night. Upon googling it and youtubing it, he came across the following lawlsomenesses:
This is Sparta Techno Mix
This is Sparta! *Slap*
It would seem that Seekay is becoming...um...something. Anyway, that's it for this Rare News Segment. (Dun dada Da duh duh, da da da da DA da da, da dadada DUUUUUH)

Let's start over. I'll try to do it right this time around. It's not over. 'Cause a part of me is dead and in the ground.

It's Not Over - Daughtry

I GET MY IPOD BACK TOMORROW =D

I'm happy about that. They couldn't repair it, so they're shipping me a new one. I'm not sure if that means an 80 GB, or just a 30 GB which they don't make anymore. Anyway, I haven't posted in a while. And I didn't update on Music Monday, Oh well. I've been busy this week. I got done with school on Monday, but we've been making cookies, shopping for a jacket for me, shopping for gifts, etc. And my older brother is here, so I can't use this computer that much. But noit much has been happening other than that stuff. I found an Armor For Sleep album (Things to do When You're Dead) in my dad's collection. I like that album. ^_^ But here's lyrics for today.

It's Hard to Say "I Do" When I Don't - Fall Out Boy

I speak fast and I'm not gonna repeat myself
So listen carefully to every word I say:
"I'm the only one who's gonna get away with making excuses today,

You're appealing to emotions that I simply do not have"
Blackmailed myself
Cause I ain't got anyone else
"This is a stick up
Give us all your inspiration"
I've got the red carpet blues baby

so "Put your hands in the air and don't make a sound
But don't get the wrong idea
We're gonna shoot you
We're gonna shoot you
And there's nothing in your head or pocket, throat or wallet
That could change just how this goes
No
We're gonna shoot you
We're gonna shoot you"

When I said that I'd return to you I meant more like a relapse
Now again I think "His and Her's" "For better or worse"
But the only ring I want buried with me are the ones around my eyes

"You're appealing to emotions that I simply do not have"
I've got the red carpet blues baby

so "Put your hands in the air and don't make a sound
But don't get the wrong idea
We're gonna shoot you
We're gonna shoot you
And there's nothing in your head or pocket, throat or wallet
That could change just how this goes"
And everyone shakes to the beat with a barrel down their throat

so "Put your hands in the air and don't make a sound
But don't get the wrong idea
We're gonna shoot you
We're gonna shoot you
And there's nothing in your head or pocket, throat or wallet
That could change just how this goes"
And everyone shakes to the beat with a barrel down their throat

But don't get the wrong idea
We're gonna shoot you
We're gonna shoot you

And from there I see the neon grids of cities, and six million people that keep their fires lit.

Heaven Knows - Rise Against

Ah, shoot, I forgot about Lyric Thursday, or whatever it is. >,<

My throat has been hurting me for about a week now. It's really weird though, because at first I thought it was a sore throat, then on Tuesday I swallowed some pizza wrong, and I felt a sharp side slide down my throat. And Wednesday I learned that Stephen's little brother had strep throat. Right now, it hurts on one side, so we're not sure if it's a cut, a sore throat, or a weird strep throat. :( But please pray that it goes away before Wednesday. ^_^

Oh, and I went to Shoney's today. =D (Long story, started 3 weeks ago)

Today I had basketball practice. It was fun, the coach made us do a lot of exercises and stuff, layups, free throws, drills for plays, and a scrimmage. Then we went to a Christmas Musical at our church. It was pretty good. One of my friends had the main role, which was pretty cool.

Lyrics:

What's it gonna take
to slow us down
to let the silence spin us around?
What's it gonna take
to drop this town?
We've been spinning at the speed of sound.

Stepping out of those convenience stores
what could we want but more more more?
From the third world
to the corporate core
we are a symphony of modern humanity

If we're adding to the noise
turn off this song
If we're adding to the noise
turn off your stereo, radio, video

I dont know
what they're gonna think of next
genetic engineers of the most high tech
A couple new ways
to fall into debt
I'm a nervous wreck but I'll bet
that that T.V. set
tells us what we've wanted to hear
But none of these sound bites
are coming in clear
From the third world to the corporate ear
we are the symphony of modern humanity.

Innocence gone, Never take friendship personal. If you can't hold yourself together, why should I hold you now?

In a sense gone,

Never take friendship personal.
If you can't hold yourself together,
why should I hold you now?

-Never Take Friendship Personal - Anberlin (The song, not album)
That CD (Never Take Friendship Personal) is amazing. If you like Anberlin, you should buy it. Now. :P It's also got some cool Album Artwork. Anyway, some of you might have noticed that I was gone for about 2 weeks. We went to Florida again. My mom reeaally likes it there. And that was our last trip for a while (So I understand). Ok, I have a lot to tell you. I didn't bring the laptop, so I'm not going to be able to bore you with the details. But we left on Thursday the 29th. We travelled directly from our house to Disney, usually we stop at my grandparent's house. If it hadn't been for my iPod, the trip would've seemed a lot longer than just 10 hours. lol But we stopped at some outlets that we stop in every time, and I got a really cool shirt. Actually, it's 2 shirts, a long sleeve underneath, and a short, dressier one over top. And they're black. So it's kind of awesome. ^_^ So we got there at around 9 or so. We checked into the Pop Century, and basically hung out in the room or arcade. I got some pop rock things with the 1000+ tickets I had accumulated from previous trips. I had them with soda, DANG the popping noise was loud. :P (Not of my stomach popping, don't worry =D) We went to the Magic Kingdom the next day. They were filming the Christmas day parade. BTW, if you watch it on TV, and at some point when they're interviewing 2 people on Main Street, if you see a kid in a brown shirt to the far right waving like an idiot, you'll have seen me. =DDDDD I kinda doubt I'll be visible tho. lol ANYWAY, I'm not going to describe most of the trip. But if you ever ride Space Mountain in the Magic Kingdom, SIT IN SEAT #4. It is zee best seat to be in. You experience the falls really well and you feel the speed that you feel in seat #1. I've also come to realize that the front row/seat on most roller coasters is overrated, because you don't feel the drops as well. :( It's a pity. But anyway, I lost my ticket receipt for 1030 tickets on the last day at Pop Century. I was really sad because of that. I'm beginning to think someone stole it from my pocket... Because it was visible. But anyhoo, we moved into a 2-Bedroom at Saratoga Springs (A hotel in Disney). Aw man, that was nice. Our bedroom (My sister's and mine) was pretty big, and there was a living room with a kitchen next to it. It was soooo nice. Anyway, I had fun there. I shall no longer bore you with it. But, unfortunately, the day we drove home (Sunday the 9th) was not a happy day for me. NOT because we were leaving, but because my iPod had been experiencing problems that day. It was pretty laggy in response, and when I was watching a video I had just added, the video kept freezing but the audio continued. And none of the games were able to be played. So when we got home, I plugged it into the computer. It told me a new version of software was available. I was pretty happy about that. So I told it to install, and once it finished, I got an error message from my computer. It said (I think) "This iPod could not be read. You must Restore it to its Factory Settings." For those of you that don't have an iPod, Restoring it to it's Factory Settings mean clicking Restore on my iPod, which deletes EVERYTHING from it. I thought "Ok, I'll just put everything back on." After I restored it, I plugged it back in and tried to put songs on it. It read copied them halfway, then stopped. 5 minutes later, it would say "The iPod 'Jimmy' could not be read from or written to." So my iPod is now dead. I'm going to send it to Apple to have it repaired once I receive the package to ship it in. I'm happy now though, because they'll either fix it, or send me a new one. =DDDDD Sending me a new one would be REALLY awesome. Either way I'll be happy though.

I also discovered an awesome music store in Downtown Disney, called Virgin Records. 2 floors of Books, Music, and Movies. =D I got 4 CDS:
Boys Like Girls - Boys Like Girls: $10
Toxicity - System of a Down: $8
The Beautiful Letdown - Switchfoot: $8
Never Take Friendship Personal - Anberlin: 13.49 (%10 discount for having an annual pass to disney) =D

Anyway, here's Music Monday.

1-Drones - Rise Against
The drones all slave away
They’re working overtime
They serve a faceless queen
They never question why
Disciples of a god
That neither lives nor breathes
(I won’t come back!)
But we have bills to pay,
Yeah we have mouths to feed!
(I won’t come back!)
I won’t come back!

2-Paperthin Hymn - Anberlin
I just want one more chance
To put my arms in fragile hands

I thought you said forever
Over and over
A sleepless night becomes bitter oblivion
These thoughts run through my head
Over and over
Complaints and violence become my only friends

3-Never Take Friendship Personal - Anberlin
Innocence gone
Never take friendship personal
If you can't hold yourself together
why should I hold you now?
In a sense gone,
Never take friendship personal
If you can't hold yourself together
why should I hold you now?

4-Deer Dance - System of a Down
Beyond the staples center you can see America
With its tired poor avenging disgrace
Peaceful loving youth against the brutality
Of plastic Existence.

5-Blood Red, White, and Blue - Rise Against
Lyrics Video (Sorry for the low volume, it was all I could find)
Would God bless a murder of the innocents?
Would God bless a war based on pride?
Would God bless a money-hungry government? No.

Would God bless our ineffective court system?
God bless the sweatshops we run.
God bless America.
God bless America.

And I got my own email a while ago. It's pretty spiffeh, attackoftheidiots@gmail.com . :P

"One last thing I beg you please, just before you go, I've watched you fly on paper wings half way round the world."

Paper Wings - Rise Against

I meant to blog yesterday, but didn't. Oh well. I figured out yesterday that it takes me exactly 25 minutes to wake up, get dressed, eat breakfast, brush teeth, and put in my contacts. I was a bit rushed and overslept yesterday, so that's how I know. And today has been pretty boring... Got done around 3:30, and then checked to see if Stephen was available. He wasn't, and he wasn't until 5:45, at which time it was too dark. Eh. And I just ate 3 pieces of pizza and a banana and I'm still hungry >=OOOO

Anyway, so today's Music Monday....sooooo..... Here's my top 5 songs and my choice lyrics from them:
1- But Tonight We Dance - Rise Against
"I have traveled in darkness, for what seems like days,
I, come from the sinkholes, collapsed under this weight.
I know not your sorrow, but I know mine,
So say you'll stay and dance with me tonight."

2- Injection - Rise Against
Knees are weak, hands are shaking, I can't breathe...
So give me the drug,
Keep me alive,
Give me what's left of my life,
Don't let me go. Whoa,
Pull this plug,
Let me breathe,
On my own I'm finally free,
Don't let me go. woah.....

3- The Approaching Curve - Rise Against

[Spoken:]
“Why are you doing this?” she spoke as if not expecting a response.
Her voice penetrated the still air of our speechless drive, so suddenly that my heart had jumped.
“I’m not doing anything,” I said, but I didn’t even believe that myself.
“This is what’s best, for me, for you, for us or maybe just for me,” I thought,
as a tear formed in the pit of her eye.

4-Blood to Bleed - Rise Against
"I don't love you anymore", is all
I remember you telling me, never have I felt so cold,
But I've no more blood to bleed,
'Cause my heart has been drained into the sea.

5- Worth Dying For - Rise Against
Now in the
White flames of burning flags we
found a world worth dying for, yeah
We've been battered so hard that we don't
feel anymore...
Take me, from this world
Save me, what if we
All die young? So take me,
From this world, save me,
What if we all die young?

Hmm, seems that only one person comes to my blog and comments now.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to continue this blogging everyday thing. Because my life is boring, don't get many comments, and I usually don't feel like blogging anyway. And my hand has been hurting all day. ARGH. Today I woke up at 6:50 to go to Shoney's with my dad. As soon as I woke up, I heard what I thought was the bathroom door closing. So I thought "That must be him, I guess I can sit in bed for a few minutes. 3 minutes later, I got up, and the bathroom door was open, and it turns out that the noise I heard was him closing the FRONT door. Figures. <_<>

Yes, I am feeling a little agitated right now. And because I have NOTHING BETTER TO DO I figure I'll do a tag.

Ok, OMG, Blogger is just being retarded right now. I try to drag a tag into it from my desktop like I do with homeschoolblogger, and it gives me a URL for it. THAT DOESN'T EVEN MAKES SENSE HOW CAN A TEXT CLIPPING FROM MY DESKTOP HAVE A URL AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

[X]You have ran into a glass/screen door.
[] You have jumped out of a moving vehicle.
[X] You have thought of something funny and laughed,
then people gave you weird looks.
[X] You have run into a tree/bush.

[X] You know that it IS possible to lick your elbow.

[] You just tried to lick your elbow.
[X] You never knew that the Alphabet and Twinkle
Twinkle Little Star have the same rhythm.
[] You just sang them to make sure.
[] You have tripped on your shoelace and fallen. (Stumbled, but didn't fall)
[X] You have choked on your own spit. (A little)

[] You have seen the Matrix and still don't get it.
[X] You type only with two fingers.

your nose.
[X] You have caught yourself drooling.  (Sometimes I just do that when I don't close my mouth and I'm tired)

[X] You have fallen asleep in class
[X] Sometimes you just stop thinking.
[X] Sometimes when you are telling a story you forget
what you were talking about.
[] People often shake their heads at your stories.

[] You use your fingers to do simple math.

[] You have eaten a bug accidentally.
[] You are taking this test when you should be doing
something more important.
[X] You have put your clothes on backwards or inside
out, and didn't realize it.
[X] You've looked all over for something and realized
it was in your hand/pocket the whole time.

what they say will happen to you if you don't. (I've proved those things wrong so many times. :P)
[X] You break a lot of things.
[] You tilt you're head when you're confused.
[X] You have fallen out of your chair before.
[X] When you're lying in bed, you try to find pictures
in the texture on the ceiling. (I used to do this all the time. =D I found an old man once.)
[] The word "ew/aw" is used many times a day.

"We are the angry and the desperate, The hungry, and the cold, We are the ones who kept quiet, And always did what we were told."

Prayer of the Refugee - Rise Against

So, today's Thanksgiving. So to all of you who actually come to this blog, a wish thee a Happy Thanksgiving. =D I finally figured out some of the HTML for this blog (Sort of...). Anyway, I slept pretty late today. And, of course, I missed Good Charlotte performing on the Macey's Parade. ARG. My sister came up and told me after I had woken up, and I wasn't too happy. :( Then I ate breakfast, then...well, I'm not too sure if I ever ate lunch, but it doesn't really matter I guess. We had Thanksgiving dinner at around 2. It lasted for, oh, about 20 minutes. Then we all went our seperate ways for the day. For me, it was Guitar Hero 2 and the computer. Then I walked the dog around 4, it was so nice. The weather was pretty cloudy with a breeze. A sense of rain was in the air...I love that feeling. Then it actually started raining. The rest of the day is a little fuzzy, but I just watched a movie, and here I am. Happy boring day in a manner of speaking and now I don't feel like stopping typing my really short post so I'll keep adding random bits of facts to this sentence to make it even longer and I bet you're all wondering why I'm not in a mental institution. Hey, look, I ended the sentence. =D
And here's the lyrics for today. I decided against having people guess it, because I only got 2 people commenting me yesterday.

[Spoken:]
The music blared with a calming frequency.
The speakers gently seeped the sounds of ambient keyboards and light percussion,
creating a seductive soundtrack to our midnight drive through curtains of blackness.
The windows were cold to the touch, reflecting the icy conditions in our immediate extremity.
Salt stains and fingerprints littered the glass, and streets with melted snow cascaded down its length.
The music pulsed louder, yet gentle, like the far away squeal of a pot of boiling water.
The skyline was glowing faintly with vague hints of an impending dawn.
The car raced along a painfully straight stretch of road,
and she hadn’t so much as turned the steering wheel two degrees in the last twenty minutes,
nor had we spoken.

[Singing:]
As we were, so perfect ,so happy.
They'll remember, only our smiles 'cause that’s all they’ve seen.
Long since dried, when we are found, are the tears in which we had drowned.
As we were, so perfect, so happy.

The music poured through the speakers
and we were losing ourselves in the cadence. She looked down momentarily and closed her eyes
for a bit longer than a standard blink. Then she was crying. Then she was shouting.
Then I was shouting, now pouring confessions, having no answers, or solutions,
we barely even knew the questions.

[Singing:]
As we were, so perfect ,so happy.
They’ll remember, only our smiles 'cause that’s all they’ve seen.
Long since dried, when we are found, are the tears in which we had drowned.
As we were, so perfect, so happy.

Don’t put me under ground, I was meant for a life somewhere else.
Please Love give me the wheel before both of our hearts you will steal tonight. (Will steal tonight.)

As we were, so perfect, so happy.
They'll remember, only your smiles 'cause that’s all they’ve seen.
Long since dried, when we are found, are the tears in which we had drowned.
As we were, so perfect, so happy.

[Spoken:]
Our cracking voices became part of the music.
